"Pop Watkins, with five new colored stars from the South joining his Havana Red Sox team, will play the Dexters at Dexter Park, Jamaica and Drew Avenues, Brooklyn. The preliminary game will be between the Emanons and Bellwood A.A."

June 25, 1911

Harlem, NY
"The Easton Club, one of the strongest teams in Pennsylvania, will play the Havana Red Sox in the opening game at Lenox Oval. The winner of this game will play the Metropolitans in the second tussle."

July 2, 1911

Harlem, NY
"Well matched teams are scheduled to play in the double-header at Lenox Oval. In the first game the Havana Red Sox will meet the Easton Club. The winners will play the Metropolitans. Jack Doyle, the former National League umpire, will officiate in both games."
