"Bacharach Giants Here Saturday - Interesting Schedule of Games For Millville's Speedy Ball Club. - Baseball fans of Millville will be given plenty of sport during the present month. The management of the local baseball team is arranging a schedule of games that should satisfy any lover of the national pastime. This week there are two big attractions on the home grounds aside from the Bridgeton-Millville contest which will be played in the county seat. Tomorrow the Chinese will play in this city and on Saturday the Bacharach Giants of Atlantic City will be the attraction. The latter combination is some ball club and may compel the local talent to take to the tall timber but the boys mean to put up a stiff argument. The Bacharach Gaints are composed of some of the speediest dusky ball players in the East and they have created an envious record at the seashore resort where they have trimmed everything that happened along even trouncing the Chinese by a 5 to 4 score."

"Logan Square Nine Home - Philadelphia's Champions to Meet Bacharach Giants Tomorrow - After a successful invasion of South Jersey, where all leading teams of that section were beaten, the Logan Square nine will finish its hard schedule on the Strawbridge and Clothier field. On tomorrow afternoon the independent champions will meet the Bacharach Giants, named in honor of Atlantic City's Mayor. This nine won fifty games at the shore before the Logan Square made its appearance there. After losing the first match by one run, Billy Faulkner's band took the next game by a like margin. Frank McNichol, of the noted family of athletes, will twirl against the Atlantic city champions. Charley White will take care of the receiving."
